Madness Mutagen I find it hard to believe that this item is still in the game since patch 1. This is my first playthrough of the witcher 2 because i wanted to wait until i had free time to enjoy it.

I've read multiple posts on how to farm nekkers and make mutagens using alchemy. I have now farmed the nekkers for 3 days straight for many many hours and have yet to find a madness mutagen. I've also used all of the nekker parts to make thousands of bombs with the skill side effect with 2 points and still no madness.
