What if installous doesnt work

Hi guys, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but Hackulous, along with Installous and AppSync are now dead. But I have installous 5. I get installation failed — invalid ipa. What should I do. I looked in cydia and my install0us was gone.

I have an iPod 2g, with 4. I have a iPod iOS 5. And when I try and reinstall already it still have this error. Any other suggestions?
